Good afternoon ma’am. I came across the job posting of Primary teacher in your renowned institution. Hi! my name is Fatma Shakil, and I'm an English enthusiast. I have completed my BA in English from Amity Unity. I even hold a diploma in Teacher Training Course from Blooming Daffodils, as well as TEFL and Business English Teacher Training from Asian College of Teachers. I'm an independent and self-motivated teacher who is focused and determined to make a real difference within the classroom through a holistic teaching approach. I've been working with one of the most prominent Edtech company, tutoring international students. I am also working as a Public Speaking & Creative Writing mentor, and have 8 years of experience educating students at my residence and at school. I have experience in teaching students of preschool, kindergarten, and up to Grade 10. I am adept at creating lesson plans to explain difficult concepts in a fun manner to my pupils. My daily duties and responsibilities include: •Develop lesson plans and teaching aids. • Teach the fundamental concepts of LSRW. Strengthening reading levels by an average of two grade levels by utilising several engaging methods, developing exciting reading challenges, and promoting student-led reading. • Provide assignments and evaluate students. • Monitor the progress of students. Work closely with students who have poor grades and help them understand difficult concepts. • Inspiring my students to be dreamers and lifelong learners via a tailored approach to teaching that instills confidence in their talents and potential. •Organize parent meetings and discuss the performance of students with their parents. My patience for teaching is what led me to pursue this line of work. I understand the importance of being patient with kids while teaching them.
