Myself K. Sowmiya Lakshmi, MA., M.Phil., MBA., served as Assistant Professor at a prominent Arts and Science College affiliated to University of Madras for 12 years and taught undergraduate students of Business Administraion for 6 years and post- graduate students of Human Resource Management for 6 years. The subjects taught are Business Mathematics and Statistics, Managerial Economics, Operations Research, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Organisation Behaviour etc. I also have the experience of providing soft skill training . I’m also a certified Vedic Math and Abacus Trainer. With this academic background and experience of more than a decade I started an Academy under the banner DEVELOP SKILLS in 2021 to impart General Maths, Vedic Math and Abacus, and Environmental Science . I have successfully trained good number of students from INDIA, USA, Dubai and CANADA for the last 2 years.My total teaching experience would be 14 years. Develop Skills also aims to impart communication skills among students by providing soft skill training. Online classes will be conducted on Zoom. Offline classes can also be availed. Lecture will be in English. However , if any candidate prefer to learn in tamil they are free to choose. Lot of worksheets are shared in support of the curriculum , frequent chapter tests are conducted to evaluate their understanding and brain activities are encouraged for the wholesome brain development of the child. My other areas of interests are Politics, Diplomacy , Music , Law apart from listening to the speeches of eminent personalities. NOTE: For offline classes please feel free to call to meet in person.
